Running In The Sunshine

Sunshine, Oh how I miss you!  Does anyone out there feel the same way? I thought so!

I'm sorry I haven't been around or posted anything this last week...no excuses except I am...tired!

The vegan-ish (Vee-gan) way of eating is going great, no horrible headaches any longer and no cravings to speak of.  I am actually enjoying this way of eating, and am quite surprised that I haven't craved anything...usually when someone goes on a restrictive diet they crave, at least I do, but for some reason I have had no cravings...at all.

The story of my life, ha ha ha!  I actually exercised most of last week except Monday and Friday. Here is how my week looked in the exercise department.

I hope y'all enjoyed your weekend...blessings and hugs.

Godspeed...this comes from the Middle English expression "God spede (you)", a wish for success and fortune for one setting out on an enterprise, voyage, adventure, or travels. It may also mean good luck.

  2. You could be running up here, too! Sunny, clear sky, fresh air (-25°C, or about -13F).

Glad you're doing well! But, as a Bear, I'm not into giving myself that kind of runaround. If I'm going to run somewhere, it's usually to catch something.

    Blessings and Bear hugs.
