My week has been glorious, other than the wet gloomy weather. I am also down 10lbs officially, yay me!

Random weird fact ~In ancient Rome, trained walkers stepped along roads 1,000 paces at a time (approx. 4,800 ft, or just short of our current mile), marking the distance with stone obelisks. The markers were called milestones.
